01Agreement

These terms apply when a laboratory ("the lab", "you") signs up for or uses Futqual. By creating an account, the person signing up confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for the lab.

02The service

Futqual provides software for sample intake, test planning, instrument records, report checking, report and certificate issue, client access and lab analytics. Features available depend on the plan.

We may improve and change features. We will not remove a core station from a paid plan during a paid term.

03Free trial

The trial lasts 30 days and includes every module for up to 10 users. No payment card is needed. At the end of the trial the lab can choose a plan or export its records before the account closes.

04Accreditation and results

Futqual supports record-keeping for ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL requirements. It does not grant, guarantee or replace accreditation. The lab remains responsible for its methods, scope, competence, results and reports.

AI Report Checker only flags possible errors. Analysts and authorised signatories are responsible for every decision and every signed report.

05Accounts and users

• Each user needs their own login. Shared logins are not permitted, because they break the audit trail.
• The lab is responsible for who it gives access to and for removing access when a person leaves.
• Client Portal users are invited by the lab and are not billed users.

06Your data

The lab owns its data: samples, clients, results, instrument records and reports. We process it only to provide the service. The lab can export its data at any time in standard formats.

07Fees and billing

Plans are priced per lab user per month, billed monthly or annually in advance. Sample volume limits apply as described on the pricing page. Taxes are added where applicable.

If payment is overdue by more than 15 days, we may restrict the account to read-only access after notice. Records are not deleted for late payment while the account remains open.

08Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to falsify results, back-date records or alter signed reports outside the amendment process.
• Do not attempt to access another lab's data or interfere with the service.
• Do not resell the service without a written agreement.

09Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance, which we announce in advance and schedule outside common lab hours where possible. Support response times depend on the plan.

10Liability

The service is provided to support lab work, not to replace professional judgement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11Ending the agreement

The lab can cancel at the end of any billing period. We may end the agreement if these terms are seriously breached and the breach is not fixed within 30 days of notice. On termination, the lab has 30 days to export its records.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
