Labs are accredited, not software. Futqual supports ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL record-keeping: sample handling, method control, equipment records, audit trails, report formats and management review data. It does not grant or guarantee accreditation.
No. AI Report Checker only flags possible issues. Analysts correct, retest or accept each flag with a reason, and authorised signatories make the final decision and sign every report.
Yes. Every client gets a portal login to submit test requests, track samples and download signed reports and invoices. Client users are free and do not count towards your plan.
Balances and meters with RS-232 or USB output send readings directly to worksheets. Chromatography, spectroscopy and testing machines can import export files. Instrument integrations are part of the 1 litre plan.
